Advokatfirman Oebergs contributes to governmental report on the booking of international train tickets

With the ambition to encourage more Swedish nationals to travel sustainably within Europe, the Swedish Government has assigned the agency Tafikanalys to survey how the booking of train journeys to Europe can be simplified.  

 In Trafikanalys’ report on the subject, entitled “Internationella tågbiljetter – en växande marknad” (2020:7) and issued the 28th of April 2020, Advokatfirman Oebergs has contributed with an overview of relevant legislation and with an assessment of what EU-legal initiatives may be expanded to develop the market for international train tickets.
