Oebergs represents John Laing in its divestment of wind power asset

Advokatfirman Oebergs has represented the infrastructure fund John Laing Investment Ltd in its divestment of the wind power plant Rammeldalsberget to the Swedish wind power company Slitevind.

The wind power plant consists of six Gamesa G114 wind power turbines each with a capacity of 2.65 MW, generating approximately 43 GWh during an average year in price area SE2.

The lead counsel in the transaction was Björn Öberg, assisted by associates Linn Dahl, Elisabet Heimer and Christian Humble.
