OEBERGS advises the acquisition of Vindin AB to NTR plc.

OEBERGS has advised a consortium of nine Swedish industrial companies in connection with NTR plc.’s acquisition of Vindin.

The acquisition includes three wind farms - Trattberget (69 MW) in Örnsköldsvik, Skutskär (10 MW) located in Medora Bay, and Svalskulla (15 MW), located in Ostrobothnia, Finland as well as the development project cluster Norra Vedbo, which is expected to be brought into operation in 2021.

NTR is a leading investor in wind energy and renewable infrastructure.  After the acquisition, existing points of contact at Vindin in Sweden and will remain unchanged.

Throughout the acquisition, Vindin was represented by Björn Öberg from Advokatfirman Oebergs AB, and NTR plc. was represented by DLA.
