Oebergs assisted in ownership restructuring of Varsvik AB, one of the largest wind farms near Stockholm

Oebergs has assisted in the transaction where Holmen AB acquired all shares in the part-owned wind farm Varsvik AB from Eurofideme 2, an investment fund managed by Mirova Environment and Infrastructure. The wind farm consists of 17 wind turbines with an installed capacity of about 51 MW and the annual production is around 150 GWh, equivalent to the annual power consumption of around 30 000 households. With its close location to Stockholm, this wind farm produces clean electricity where it is very much needed.
