Oebergs assists in referral regarding new nuclear reactors in Sweden

Advokatfirman Oebergs has assisted the Swedish Bar Association in submitting a referral to the Ministry of Climate and Enterprise regarding the memorandum "New nuclear power in Sweden - a first step" (“Ny kärnkraft i Sverige - ett första steg“)

The working group consisted of attorney Mikael Wärnsby, Advokatfirman Lindahl, attorney Lisa Länta, Front Law, and attorney Björn Öberg from Advokatfirman Oebergs. The bill proposes to expand the conditions for constructing and operating new nuclear power reactors, and thereby encompasses a central issue for the development of energy in Sweden.
