Advokatfirman Oebergs assists in large-scale wind-power divestment

Advokatfirman Oebergs has assisted John Laing Plc in a divestment in which SEB has acquired the wind power enterprise Svartvallsberget SPW.

The acquisition comprises a wind farm in Ljusdal municipality, constructed in 2013 and including 10 Gamesa wind power turbines with a total energy capacity of 20 MW/year.

In the divestment, John Laing Plc was represented by Oebergs’ attorney and Senior Partner Anna Öberg.
