Are you an experienced attorney, an associate, or at the end of your legal studies, and interested in constructing the systems on which our society relies? Advokatfirman OEBERGS AB - Sweden's leading law firm in infrastructure and energy - is currently seeking new attorneys and associates for present and upcoming projects.

Advokatfirman OEBERGS represents development companies, investors, entrepreneurs, operators, and public companies in infrastructure projects, cross-border transactions and market deregulations in Sweden and internationally. Through our operations in road, railroad and renewable energy we contribute to the technical development which makes Sweden an environmental precursor and which make the future a little brighter.

About the roles
As an attorney at OEBERGS, you are directly involved in large-scale projects together with senior colleagues. The work includes for example DDs, legal investigations, participation in negotiations and assistance with company acquisitions.

As an associate, you are offered a practical introduction to business law. The role includes supporting attorneys with research and reports, writing PM for processes, and assisting in the draw up of contracts and other legal documents.

Your background
To be considered for the role as attorney, applicants should have experience as a district court clerk or have worked at a law firm, bank or financial organization. Academic and professional experience related to real estate law, contract law or financing are meritorious.

As our cases involve both Swedish and international clients and partners, successful applicants also possess good language skills in Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you are interested in working in an international environment and that you have previously studied or worked abroad.

The application processes
To apply, please send your CV, personal letter and certificates from university and high school to associate Linn Dahl through lda@oebergs.com before the 29th of November 2020. Please indicate in the subject line which position your application concerns.

If you have any questions about the listing, please contact OEBERGS’ Information Manager Rebecka Björnsdotter at rob@oebergs.com
