Advokatfirman Oebergs assists in the Tormoseröd wind-farm project
Advokatfirman Oebergs has assisted Switzerland’s leading energy producer Alpiq in reaching a co-ownership agreement with Future Generation Renewable Energy (“Fu-Gen”) for the Tormoseröd wind farm, located in the municipalities Strömstad and Tanum in Southwest Sweden.
The Tormoseröd wind farm will be built and operated by Tormoseröd Vindpark AB, led by Fu-Gen and Alpiq Ecopower AG (“AEP”). As the concession for the wind farm construction is already in force, and as all the necessary rights have been secured, the project’s construction phase is ready to commence in 2021.
The wind farm is estimated to be in full operation in 2023 and to have an installed energy capacity of up to 72.6 Megawatts – equivalent to the yearly energy consumption of 8400 Swedish households.
In the project, Alpiq was represented by Oebergs’ senior partner Björn Öberg and by associates Liselotte Rios, Christian Humble, Elisabet Heimer and Linn Dahl.
