Advokatfirman Oebergs has represented John Laing Investment Ltd in a large-scale divestment of the wind power plant Rammeldalsberget to the Swedish wind power company Slitevind.

Advokatfirman Oebergs has assisted Jämtkraft in a large-scale wind power investment including 23 turbines from the Nordex Group. The turbines are assigned for the Hocksjön wind power plant in Strömsund and will have a total energy capacity of 131MW.

Advokatfirman Oebergs has assisted Switzerland’s leading energy producer Alpiq in reaching a co-ownership agreement with Future Generation Renewable Energy (“Fu-Gen”) for the Tormoseröd wind farm, located in the municipalities Strömstad and Tanum in Southwest Sweden.

The governmental agency Tafikanalys has launched a new study on how the booking of train journeys to Europe can be simplified. In the report, Advokatfirman Oebergs has contributed with an overview of relevant legislation and an assessment of what legal initiatives could develop the market for international train tickets.

Mirova - an asset management company dedicated to sustainable investing and an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers - has acquired the wind farm Rödene from RES. The acquisition includes 13 wind power turbines with a total installed energy capacity of 85.8 MW – equivalent for the energy needs of approximately 40,000 Swedish households.
